Course Description:
This course utilizes Purdue University’s Engineering Projects in Community Service (EPICS) curriculum to provide students with many challenging opportunities to learn about how engineers think and what they do. Students are introduced to the engineering process, including product design, testing, problem identification, and modification implementation to determine a solution to the problem. Students will use 3-D design software to build virtual parts and bring those parts to life using a 3-D printer. This class is a cornerstone of our STEM curriculum.
