Join us on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, for an Alumnae Reconnect Baking Workshop with Chef Alma Fernanda Regalado ’10!

OLP is excited to welcome Chef Alma Fernanda Regalado ’10 to lead us in a virtual baking workshop just in time to cook a special treat for your Valentine’s Day celebration! Alma is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef based in San Diego and Tijuana. After earning her bachelor’s degree in business gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu Mexico City, Chef Alma worked in several restaurants (including a two Michelin star restaurant in Madrid), and then as a private chef in San Diego. She has since expanded her business, Chef Alma Fernanda, into a comprehensive food service company that includes cheese and charcuterie boards, catering, and cooking workshops.

Don’t miss this opportunity to reconnect with fellow OLP alumnae as Chef Alma teaches us how to bake special sweet treats from start to finish.

There is no charge to attend this very special event. Instead, we are requesting a donation of any amount
to the Alumnae Scholarship Fund. The suggested donation amount is $25.

In addition to complimentary gift card raffles that will take place during the evening, all participants may purchase “special” raffle tickets at registration and at the event itself to win a beautiful baking basket (value $200.00). All proceeds from this raffle will go to the Alumnae Endowed Scholarship Fund.

Attendees will be provided with the ingredient list, recipes, and Zoom details upon registration.
