December Newsletter: OLP Athletics

Cheer is roaring back in action and our squad is bigger than ever! The group has started sharpening their skills for new adventures with more than 20 frosh student-athletes and great senior leadership. We will adapt and overcome all obstacles to lift our sisters and community up!

OLP Dance Team is still going strong preparing for the competition season starting soon. They are hard at work learning new choreography from guest choreographers and perfecting multiple routines. Some of our dancers will be competing in the WCE Solo Challenge competition on December 12 and we wish all of our soloists good luck! Go Pilots!

Varsity Silver finished up their new lyrical routine with guest choreographer Russell Corpis, who grew up as a competitive dancer in San Diego and now works in Las Vegas as a professional dancer in The Beatles LOVE Cirque du Soleil show!

Athletic Wellness Programs

After a lengthy layoff, it is so great to have the Pilot Hoopers back in the gym. The standard of working hard both in and out of the classroom has been set by an incredible group of Senior leaders. The youngsters have followed suit and are doing a great job. Go Pilots!

The Nowicki Sisters are finally together as Pilots!

It is so wonderful to have our Pilots back in the gym. We have a great group of frosh working hard to learn and improve, and our returners are doing a great job of encouraging their new teammates. The future of OLP volleyball looks bright!
