School Admin Online Enrollment Instructions for 2018-19

Online Enrollment Is Coming to OLP for 2018-19

OLP is again partnering with School Admin for enrollment of all returning students for the
2018-19 school year.

School Admin online streamlines enrollment by integrating with current OLP FACTS account and affords a central site for completing and submitting required forms for enrollment such as Contact Information Form, Emergency Contact Form, etc.

Important Enrollment Information

    • The first week of March enrollment information will be mailed from School Admin which contains a link to the OLP School Admin online enrollment portal. The same email address and password from last year will be used for this enrollment process. If the password has been forgotten, select the “Forgot your password” link found on the login page.
    • A non-refundable registration fee will be payed through the School Admin Portal. Also, the 2018-19 contract will be available through the School Admin Portal to be viewed and electronically signed. If applicable, tuition assistance and/or scholarship award letter will be signed electronically.
    • After payment of the registration fee, the portal will direct to the OLP FACTS website to confirm banking information and payment plan for the 2018-19 school year.

***IMPORTANT – This step MUST be completed even if an OLP FACTS account is already in existence. Failure to do so may delay tuition payment from processing on time and lead to delinquency***

The customized online enrollment checklist through the School Admin portal will help keep track of school forms that have been completed, submitted and what is missing for enrollment.
