Summer Enrichment Camps 2021
The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is thrilled to offer exciting educational summer enrichment camps for young girls! We look forward to providing a compelling camp experience while following all COVID-19 safety guidelines.
Girls entering 4th, 5th, 6th, or 7th grade in the fall can experience the magic of an all-girls’ school environment through a wide variety of STEAM-focused camps that are taught by our experienced OLP alumnae. Camps will take place from July 12 - July 23, with each camp running one week long. These full-day camps will run Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm. The regular camp fee is $300. We look forward to having you join us!

Engineering Camp
Full Day, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Level: 4th - 7th grade
Description:Any idea what you can create with basic engineering skills? The sky's the limit in this hands-on camp where you’ll learn that “inventions” are out there.

Robotics Camp
Full Day, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Level: 4th - 7th grade
Description: Students will use a combination of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to learn how to design, assemble, and program a robot.

Broadway Camp

Level: 4th - 7th grade
Description: From acting to singing to dancing ― learn how to express yourself through performance and have a lasting impression on your audience.

Artists in Action Camp
Full Day, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Level: 4th - 7th grade
Description: Express yourself in a variety of ways! Just bring yourself and we’ll have everything you need— including some effective tips to further bring out the creative artist in you.

Video Production Camp
Full Day, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Level: 4th - 7th grade
Description: What better way to experience videos than to place yourself right in the middle of the scene? Learn the roles of the production staff and find out what camera angles best tell the story.

Science Camp
Full Day, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Level: 4th - 7th grade
Description: Learn the fundamental skills of science and explore innovative experiments. Put on a lab coat and keep track of your observations!

Creative Writing Camp
Full Day, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Level: 4th - 7th grade
Description: Learn how to craft original poems, short stories, vignettes, screenplays, and more using effective writing techniques and tools! OLP is the recipient of the NCTE Recognizing Excellence in Art and Literary Magazines (REALM) Award for its outstanding student literary magazine, Up In The Air.

Leadership Camp
Full Day, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Level: 4th - 7th grade
Description: What does it take to be a transformational leader? Campers learn to become courageous, creative, and confident leaders as they develop and build skills in areas such as collaboration, public speaking, communications, marketing, and more.
