Fall 2020 First Semester Exams

OLP Will Be Virtual December 14 – 18, 2020, Including Fall 2020 First Semester Exams

After considerable reflection and discourse with the OLP Curriculum Council, OLP has chosen to administer all fall semester 2020 final assessments virtually. This provides equity for those students who are learning as part of the Virtual Academy and supports a structure in which all students can take their exams simultaneously. The final week of the semester will operate from a virtual learning platform (Dec 14 – 18). Classes will be held on Monday, December 14 (ABC) and Tuesday, December 15 (DEFG).

We invite parents to partner with us in the upholding of the ethical standards of fairness to ensure academic integrity. In light of our need to administer exams in a virtual format due to COVID-19, we ask OLP parents to assist us in confirming that all of the final assessment related work that your daughter(s) has submitted is her own work, obtained without any assistance from another person or through the use of any electronic device. We thank you for your partnership during these unique times.

We ask that you and your daughter(s) please complete this Google Form by December 10, 2020. We need to receive the form acknowledged by the student and parent in order to accept all final exam submissions. We sincerely thank you for your support.
