Dance
On December 12, 2020, five OLP Varsity Dance Team members participated in their first virtual competition of the season. Captain Kaitlin Ordonio ’21 placed 12 out of over 30 senior soloists, Lily Attaway ’23 placed 8 in her category, and Miranda Labrada ’23 placed 7. This was the first of at least three virtual competitions that the Dance Team will participate in this year and they are looking forward to more!

Esports
Our esports gamers are finishing off their first season of Rocket League. They acquired a few wins under their belt and are excited for the upcoming season! Our gamers want everyone to know esports is taking off and they are looking for more members to join! If you are interested in playing next season, please email our team captain, Brianna Armendariz-Diaz ’21, [email protected]..

Basketball
The Pilot Hoopers had a great five weeks of skill building. Our Seniors have done a wonderful job leading the workouts through hard work and consistent effort. It has been awesome to hear the basketballs bouncing in the gym again and definitely brought a little normalcy for our players. We hope that we will have the chance to play in the Spring as the Pilots return five starters from a team that had a great season last year.

Volleyball
Our cohorts have been crushing it! We have moved from simple skill drills into advanced games that build our Volleyball IQ. Everyone has been really motivated to learn and improve. It’s been great to see the progress and enthusiasm in everyone.

Go Pilots!
